Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, industry professionals, corporate partners, and alumni.
- Generate leads and identify current opportunities for corporate collaborations.
- Connect with prospective recruiters and facilitate placement and internship opportunities.
- Coordinate with companies for campus recruitment drives, industry interactions, and other corporate engagement activities.
- Strengthen alumni engagement and build meaningful relationships with the University's alumni network.
- Support alumni events, networking initiatives, and alumni-industry collaborations.
- Coordinate internally with academic departments and other stakeholders to support placement and alumni-related initiatives.

Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Alumni Relations,



Business Development, or a similar role.
- Candidates currently working in a similar capacity will be preferred.
- Strong client-facing, relationship-building, networking, and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently develop professional networks and drive corporate and alumni engagement initiatives.

Qualification
- Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
- Well-versed with dashboard generation, reporting, and MIS tools.
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and AI tools will be preferred.
