Position Overview

The Team Lead - US Audit is responsible for managing audit engagements across diverse industries, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and auditing standards, and delivering high-quality work. This role involves direct client interaction, team leadership, and strategic responsibilities, including managing attrition and identifying farming opportunities to grow client relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, auditing standards, and methodologies.
- Expertise in audit procedures for industries such as Commercial, Real Estate, EBP 401k, Yellow Book, and NFP.
- Ability to resolve complex accounting issues and handle specialized assignments.
- Proficiency in audit tools and documentation platforms.

Leadership Management Skills
- Proven experience in team handling and supervising multiple engagements.
- Excellent project management and resource allocation skills.




- Ability to manage team attrition and foster a positive work environment.
- Skilled in training and mentoring team members for professional growth.

Client Relationship Business Development Skills
