Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to own end-to-end management of a portfolio of exclusive creators — driving their brand deal pipeline, growth opportunities, and day-to-day relationship management, while ensuring the studio's revenue and retention targets are met.

Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated roster of exclusive creators as their primary point of contact — building trust-based, long-term relationships
- Drive brand deal closures for managed talent: pricing negotiations, contract terms, deliverable scoping, and timeline management
- Partner with the Brands and Agency verticals to match the right creators to the right briefs,



protecting both brand fit and creator integrity
- Own creator P&L; — track earnings, commission, and revenue contribution per creator against studio targets
- Guide creators on content strategy, brand positioning, and platform growth (Instagram/YouTube) in collaboration with content/creative teams
- Handle sensitive conversations around creator concerns, contract renewals, exclusivity terms, and conflict resolution
- Identify and onboard new creator talent aligned with studio niche focus (finance, travel, lifestyle) and exclusivity model
- Mentor junior talent managers/associates and help standardize talent management SOPs
- Report on roster performance, pipeline health, and creator satisfaction to leadership

Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator economy roles (agency or platform side)
- Proven track record of closing brand deals and managing creator relationships at sc
