Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Jodhpur, structured as a hybrid position with a combination of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Sales Executive will manage and grow customer accounts, build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers, and support channel development for Lotus Dairy products. Daily activities include visiting market territories, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely order processing and collections.



The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams for logistics and inventory, and gathering market insights to support sales strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in sales, account management, and customer relationship building.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and support local marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on clear, professional interactions.
- Sound organizational and time-management abilities, including territory planning and reporting.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with readiness to travel within assigned regions as needed.
- Prior experience in FMCG or dairy/food products sales is an advantage.
