The Role

We are hiring 2 Sales & Marketing Interns who are hungry, articulate, and ready to do work that actually matters.

This is not a "make presentations and sit in the corner" internship. You will be on the phone with Placement Officers and HR leaders. You will be reaching out to industry mentors on LinkedIn. You will be creating content that builds Talentorial's brand on social media. And you will own a pipeline from the first week.

What You Will Own

Sales & Outreach:




Cold call potential prospects including Placement Cell heads, Training & Placement Officers, HR leaders, and Talent Acquisition teams. Explain Talentorial's value proposition clearly and generate qualified appointments for the sales team.

Mentor Outreach:
Identify and reach out to experienced professionals across industries on LinkedIn. Build relationships and bring them onto the Talentorial platform as mentors.

Pipeline Management:
Build, maintain, and own your outreach pipeline. Track every conversation, follow up consistently, and report progress daily.

Social Media & Brand Building:
Create original content for Instagram and Facebook. Shoot your own reels, write posts, and spread the word about Talentorial. You are not just posting for the sake of posting. You are building a brand from scratch, and every piece of content should reflect that.
