Role Description
The Performance Marketing Executive will manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI.



This full-time remote role involves planning performance marketing strategies, conducting market and audience research, setting up and monitoring campaigns, and continuously analyzing data to improve performance. The role includes collaborating with internal teams on landing pages and funnels, coordinating with sales and marketing stakeholders to align campaign goals, and preparing regular performance reports and insights. The Performance Marketing Executive will also participate in testing current channels, creatives, and messaging to support ongoing growth and brand positioning.

Qualifications
