We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Accountant who can take ownership of daily financial operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and process discipline across billing, taxation, and inventory.

This role goes beyond routine accounting — it requires someone who understands business flow, documentation, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely updates
- Handle TDS compliance including calculation, deduction, and filing
- Manage non-GST returns and related statutory requirements
- Perform periodic bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and receivables tracking
- Prepare and manage delivery challans and documentation flow
- Maintain and reconcile inventory/stock records in coordination with operations
- Ensure proper documentation for purchases, sales, and logistics
- Support internal audits and financial reporting




- Identify gaps and improve accounting and control processes

Ideal Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- Hands-on experience in accounting roles
- Strong working knowledge of TDS, compliance, and accounting fundamentals
- Experience in billing, inventory management, and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Busy accounting software + MS Excel
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business environment
