Job Description:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the HealthTrust Workforce Solutions (HWS) network. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all healthcare professionals remain compliant by managing and validating their expiring credentials. You will serve as a key point of contact for candidates and internal teams, ensuring a seamless process.
Credential specialist US healthcare credentials and license they have to verify.
Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Management: Monitor and validate expirable reports to identify healthcare professionals with upcoming credential expirations.

• Candidate Outreach: Proactively reach out to candidates, facilities, and vendors via email (at the 30- and 15-day marks) to ensure timely credential renewals.

• System Navigation: Utilize internal platforms like Workforce 2.0 and eSTAFF to locate candidate profiles, identify specific requirements, and update documentation statuses.

• Educational Support: Assign required courses to staff through the Clinical Education site as needed





• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records and ensure all steps are followed correctly to uphold high standards of data integrity.

• Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with the US-based team for escalations and additional support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Confident Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for conducting outreach and collaborating with international teams.

• Eagerness to Learn: While prior experience in healthcare compliance is a plus, we are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn complex processes and internal systems.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately identify expiring requirements and ensure all documentation meets specific standards.

• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with multiple software systems and learning recent tools quickly.
