Maa Shakti Infrastructure is looking for experienced and dedicated Tower Technicians to join our growing telecom infrastructure team. We are hiring candidates for both Permanent and Contract positions. The selected candidates will be responsible for executing 5G upgradation, equipment mounting, cable installation, mount installation and other tower-related activities while strictly following all safety standards.

Job Responsibilities -
- Telecom tower climbing and height rigging work.
- Mount installation on telecom towers.
- 5G upgradation work.
- Cable installation and routing.
- Execution of telecom tower-related activities as assigned.

Eligibility -
- Experience in telecom tower rigging or telecom infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Must be willing and physically fit to work at heights on telecom towers.
- Should be available to work on a
Permanent
or
Contract
basis.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills -




- Telecom tower climbing and height rigging.
- Mount installation on telecom towers.
- 5G upgradation and telecom equipment installation.
- Cable installation and dressing.
- Ability to follow safety procedures while working at height.
