What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Deputy Manager - Bancassurance (Sales MIS). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and management, with a focus on bancassurance products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the bancassurance sales team, managing sales performance, and driving business growth. They will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and implementing process improvements to optimize sales performance. The candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a passion for bancassurance products and a drive to succeed.
What does the job entail?

Analyze sales data and MIS reports to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Bancassurance department

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

Collaborate with the Sales Team to set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback





Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agents, and other business partners

Oversee the management of sales databases, customer relationship management systems, and other sales-related software

Identify and mitigate risks associated with sales operations, including compliance and regulatory issues

Develop and manage budgets for sales initiatives and projects

Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices

Analyze and report on sales performance, including metrics such as sales growth, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement departmental strategies and goals
