Poline Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a
HR Executive
who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities with a strong focus on
hiring, salary calculation, Excel-based HR records, and LinkedIn management
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end
recruitment and hiring
for various positions.
- Source candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels
.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage the complete hiring process.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare
monthly salary calculations
based on attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, etc.
- Maintain and manage HR data and salary records using
MS Excel
.
- Prepare salary sheets and coordinate with management/accounts for salary processing.
- Manage and update the company's
LinkedIn page
and support employee/company branding activities.




- Create and post job vacancies on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain proper recruitment and employee databases.
- Support day-to-day HR administration and employee coordination.

- Strong recruitment and hiring skills

- Good knowledge of salary calculation and payroll coordination
– Must Have
- Excellent MS Excel knowledge
– Must Have
- LinkedIn recruitment and company page handling
– Must Have
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR activities.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be an advantage.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or a related field
.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
.
