Teach Lead will be responsible for the following:
Must Have:
• Extensive Knowledge in Test Automation framework and able to create new framework. Having hybrid frameworks knowledge is benefitable.
• Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Handling multiple teams and need to provide solutions for all technical issues.
• Identify the root cause of Script Failures and immediate fix
• Capable of E2E solution for any automation related ideas, Issues/challenges.
• Good understanding of cross-functional implementation.
• Extensive experience with healthcare claims and creation of claim test files in HIPAA X12 EDI 837
• Fully knowledgeable in 837 Loops and Segment
• Experience in using various databases like SQL Server, proficient in writing and executing SQL queries in Oracle,
• Proficient at creating test data including functional unit test cases, Regression, positive, negative, and edge test cases.
• Valuable understanding and experience in data masking/scrubbing/obfuscation techniques




• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders Leads and QA tower lead, SMEs and business users
• Understand the Business requirements
• SDLC Knowledge.
• Test Plan, Test Design and Test Execution results docs review.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree .
EXPERIENCE
• 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, Selenium, JavaScript
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Strong experience in Selenium Automation QA process
• Experience in e2e Claim process in Health Care and domain knowledge
• Create and manage test data (Members, Claims) on all platforms
• Extensively worked on tools Selenium, JIRA, API’s, qTest, Java, JavaScript
• Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology

Primary Skill Set:

1. Strong Knowledge in Java, Selenium , web service Automation and database testing . (Primary)
2. Good knowledge in healthcare and insurance claims. (Primary)
3. Good understanding in Automation frameworks .
4. Basic understanding of Bamboo and C
