Position: Area Sales Manager INNOV8

Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, occupancy, and
market penetration for INNOV8 centers in the assigned region. The role combines new
business acquisition, account management, and channel development, with a strong focus on
building long-term client and broker relationships.
You will work closely with center teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure sustained seat
sales, timely collections, and best-in-class client experience.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth
• Develop and implement a growth strategy for the region focused on financial gain,
occupancy improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, build, and expand new markets across relevant customer segments (startups,
SMEs, enterprises, freelancers).

• Generate a solid pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, referrals, ecosystem
connects, and channel partners.
2. Sales, Revenue & Collections
• Achieve monthly and quarterly seat sales and revenue targets for assigned centers.
• Prepare and present formal proposals, quotes, and commercial offers to prospects.
• Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers, ensuring mutually beneficial
terms.
• Drive monthly collections based on invoices raised; ensure minimal delays and
revenue leakage.
3. Client Relationship Management & Retention
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat and
expans
