Role Overview

The Senior Revenue Manager oversees the day-to-day revenue operations within the India Hub, ensuring that the strategies set by the EU leadership are executed flawlessly across the 40-property portfolio. You are the operational bridge between strategic direction and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily revenue operations, including monitoring IDeaS G3 RMS performance and Lighthouse competitive data across all properties.
- Supervise the Revenue Analysts, Rate Loading Analyst, and BI Analyst.
- Ensure accurate daily NRevPAR calculations for all managed properties.
- Produce and review daily pickup reports by property, segment, and channel.
- Escalate pricing anomalies and market shifts to the Director of Revenue.
- Coordinate with the Reservations Manager on booking patterns and channel performance.

Requirements
- Robust background in hotel revenue management (3+ years).
- Experience with Revenue Management Systems (IDeaS G3 preferred) and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical and team leadership skills.
- Understanding of hotel distribution channels, rate parity, and demand forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
