Role Description
The Content Specialist internship role is an on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will support the creation, editing, and publishing of digital content across web pages, blogs, emails, and social platforms aligned with MantraCare’s brand and healthcare focus areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics related to mental health, chronic care, and wellness, drafting clear and engaging content,



and assisting in planning and organizing content calendars. The role also involves creating reels , posts, and as well as monitoring content performance and suggesting improvements. Interns will gain hands-on experience in content operations, digital storytelling, and working within a rapid-paced healthtech environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and interpersonal communication for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should be comfortable in front of the camera.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to help plan, organize, and maintain content across platforms.
- Ability to research healthcare and wellness topics, summarize complex information, and adapt tone for different formats.
- Familiarity with SEO basics, social media platforms, and content analytics tools is beneficial.
