About the role





We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of

inbound sales executives in the hospitality segment. The role focuses on maximizing conversions

from inbound inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and consistently achieving

revenue targets, while maintaining strong productivity and shrinkage control in a work-from-home

environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of inbound sales executives to achieve daily, weekly,

and monthly booking targets
- Monitor team performance, call quality, and conversion rates.
- Drive revenue growth by improving sales strategies and optimizing inbound lead handling
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints (calls, chats, emails)
- Track and report team KPIs such as conversions, revenue, AHT, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct daily huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews
