Job Summary

The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely deliveries, managing drivers and vehicles, maintaining dispatch records, and coordinating with warehouse and transport teams for smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dispatch activities and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and transport vendors.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch documentation and reports.
- Resolve delivery and dispatch-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications




- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/dispatch operations.
- Freshers with valuable knowledge of logistics and strong coordination skills are also welcome.

Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation.
- MS Excel/MS Office proficiency.
- ERP knowledge/Experience will be advantage.
- Problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
