The Projects Head (Civil) is responsible for leading the planning, design, execution, and successful delivery of all civil infrastructure projects across the organization. The role oversees greenfield and brownfield developments, factory expansions, renovations, utility infrastructure, and capital projects, ensuring they are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with statutory and quality standards. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and senior management to develop world-class manufacturing infrastructure that supports the company's operational growth and long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage end-to-end execution of all civil infrastructure projects, including garment manufacturing units, processing facilities, warehouses, hostels, administrative buildings, and utility infrastructure, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
2. Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources by preparing project plans, CapEx estimates, BOQs, execution schedules,



and progress reviews while ensuring adherence to approved timelines and financial targets.
3. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and Project Management Consultants (PMC) to review designs, optimize layouts, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and operational requirements.
4. Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants by evaluating technical capabilities, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, certifying bills, resolving execution issues, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Ensure construction quality, engineering excellence, and statutory compliance by implementing quality control systems, adhering to applicable building codes, industrial regulations, environmental norms, and fire and safety requirements.
