Role Description
The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying B2B prospects through data research, buyer intent analysis, and targeted outreach across email and LinkedIn. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining prospect lists, executing and optimizing lead generation and email outreach campaigns,



and updating CRM or lead-tracking tools with accurate information. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting criteria, develop outreach messaging, and report on lead quality and campaign performance. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining data quality through enrichment activities, and adhering to compliance and best practices in digital outreach.
