Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer with 02 years of experience to join our Quality & Testing team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the inspection and testing of Electrical Control Panels used in Process Automation, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, internal quality standards, and applicable electrical standards before dispatch. Fresh Diploma and Engineering graduates with a solid understanding of electrical systems and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the quality inspection and testing of Electrical Control Panels before dispatch.
- Verify panel wiring against electrical schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform continuity, insulation resistance (IR),



and basic functional testing under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Inspect electrical components such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, MCCBs, MCBs, relays, contactors, terminal blocks, power supplies, and other control panel devices.
- Identify wiring errors, missing components, and workmanship issues, and report them to the production team for correction.
- Support the preparation of test reports, inspection checklists, and quality documentation.
- Assist during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and customer inspections.
- Ensure all testing activities are completed as per company quality procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of testing instruments and equipment.
- Follow all electrical safety practices and company safety guidelines during inspection and testing.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve basic quality-related issues.
