Roles & Responsibilities :
Understand hiring requirements from managers.
Source candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview feedback and follow-ups.
Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
Complete reference and document verification.
Coordinate candidate joining and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate database
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
