Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Associate will support the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across all digital platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, execution excellence, and robust digital content creation skills. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable planning campaigns, working with influencers, creating engaging content, and producing short-form videos and reels.

- Copywriting for digital and social media
- Content creation for Reels, Shorts, and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO *(preferred)*

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Advertising, Journalism, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Content Creation.
- Experience in FMCG or consumer brands will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio of social media content, reels, videos, and digital campaigns is highly desirable.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
