Job Description:

Key Requirements:
- Solid experience in SAP FICO Testing (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Taxation).
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA testing projects.
- Expertise in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Defect Management.
- Good understanding of Finance business processes and SD-FI / MM-FI integrations.
- Experience in creating test scenarios, test cases, RTM, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of HP ALM, JIRA, qTest, SAP Solution Manager, or similar tools.
- Exposure to SAP test automation tools (Worksoft/Tosca preferred).
- Strong experience in QA governance, release readiness, quality sign-offs, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with Business SMEs, SAP Functional Consultants, and Development Teams.
- Good communication, reporting, and leadership skills.

Preferred:
- SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration testing experience.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
- SAP Certification is an added advantage.
