Eligibility Criteria

8+ years




of banking experience.

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Branch Manager (Mandatory).

✔
Must have completed at least 3 years in the current organization.

✔
Branch handling experience is mandatory.

✔ Strong knowledge of branch banking operations, sales, credit, and compliance.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

✔ Proven track record of achieving branch business and revenue targets.
