Role Overview

Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned finance leader to head its Corporate Finance function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's financial strategy, capital planning, fundraising initiatives, treasury management, investment decisions, IPO readiness, financial governance, and strategic business partnering.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in supporting business expansion, optimizing capital allocation, strengthening investor confidence, and ensuring robust financial controls across the organization. The role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in corporate finance, investment management, and financial transformation.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership




- Develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Partner with the CEO, CHRO, CTO, business heads, and Board to provide strategic financial guidance.
- Lead annual budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Drive profitability enhancement initiatives through financial analysis and business performance reviews.

Corporate Finance & Investment Management (Mandatory)
- Lead investment planning, capital allocation, and portfolio management.
- Evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures through detailed financial due diligence.
- Develop business valuation models and investment recommendations.
- Monitor investment performance and optimize returns while mitigating financial risks.

Fund Raising & Capital Management (Mandatory)
