Job Summary

The PMO Associate in this role will support the centralized PMO function in the organization by delivering standardized reporting, governance support, project analytics, designing PMO strategy and operational excellence across multiple projects. This role focuses on creating consistent reporting, maintaining dashboards, supporting governance activities and strategy, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide centralized PMO support across multiple projects by delivering standardized reporting, governance, and operational support.
- Contribute to PMO strategy initiatives by analysing delivery trends, recommending process improvements, and supporting the development of standardized PMO services.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, financial trackers, resource reports, and other PMO deliverables.




- Collect, validate, analyse, and consolidate project data to produce accurate portfolio metrics and executive reports.
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, reporting tools, and data repositories to ensure consistency and data quality.
- Support implementation of standardized PMO processes, templates, documentation, and governance frameworks across projects.
- Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure timely collection of project information and adherence to reporting timelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by documenting best practices, maintaining knowledge repositories, and supporting current PMO service offerings.
Required Skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerP
