Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets. Ensure smooth operation of production lines while maintaining quality standards. Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency. Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores departments for uninterrupted production. Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with safety (EHS), GMP/5S, and company policies. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce wastage. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Train and guide production staff to improve performance and efficiency. Handle production-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Required Skills: Knowledge of production planning and process management. Valuable leadership and team handling skills. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement. Basic knowledge of quality systems and safety standards. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
