As we scale, we're looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to own how we engage, nurture, and retain our users across every stage of their journey.

What You'll Own
- Own the end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and product communications.
- Build and optimize automated user journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back.
- Segment users and personalize communication based on behavior, interests, and lifecycle stage.
- Partner with Growth, Product, Content, Design, and Data teams to launch high-impact campaigns.
- Track campaign performance through metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Retention, and Revenue.




- Run continuous A/B tests to improve messaging, subject lines, creatives, and customer journeys.
- Ensure CRM becomes a key growth lever rather than just a communication channel.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while establishing best practices for CRM operations.

We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has 3–6 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Has hands-on experience with platforms such as MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Understands customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing deeply.
- Can independently build, execute, and optimize campaigns using data.
- Is comfortable working with marketing analytics and experimentation.
- Writes compelling customer communication that drives engagement.
- Thrives in a quick-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Enjoys mentoring junior marketers
