Role Description
The Skills Trainer will deliver structured training programs that build participants’ competencies for roles in the logistics sector. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Teynampet, Chennai and Amberpet, Hyderabad, involving classroom and small-group sessions, practice-based exercises, and regular learner assessments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning training schedules, conducting interactive sessions, facilitating role plays and simulations, and providing individual coaching and feedback.



The role may also involve aligning training outcomes with employer expectations and contributing to the design of current modules based on industry developments.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills
- Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills to conduct engaging, clear, and interactive training sessions for diverse participant groups.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Soft Skills to build rapport, manage group dynamics, and support learners with constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess the ability to teach and model Life Skills, such as time management, teamwork, workplace behavior, and problem-solving.
- Relevant experience in vocational training, corporate learning, or education, preferably in logistics or allied sectors, is beneficial.
