RoleSummary: We areseeking a proactive Inside Sales professional to support Nucleus Softwares NewLogo sales efforts across SEA. This role will focus on outbound prospecting,initial lead qualification, and providing routine back-office and contractingsupport to overseas field sales teams.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Outbound prospecting and coldcalling to target accounts in assigned territories; build pipeline for fieldsales.
- Conduct initial qualification ofinbound and outbound leads using BANT/MEDDPICC-style criteria and CRM.
- Schedule and coordinatediscovery/demo meetings for overseas Recent Logo sales reps; manage calendarsacross time zones.
- Prepare and maintain accuratelead/contact/account records and activity logs in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Draft and manage routine salesdocumentation: NDAs, LOIs, quotes, SOW templates, and standard contractingpaperwork in coordination with Legal/Contracts.
- Support pricing requests, trackapprovals, and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Coordinate with product, customersuccess,



and delivery teams for RFP/RFI responses and pre-sales materials.
- Follow-up on outstandingproposals, gather feedback, and update stakeholders on pipeline status.
- Provide regular reports and KPIupdates (calls, qualified leads, conversion rates, pipeline value).
- Continuously improve outreachmessaging, playbooks, and qualification scripts.

Requirements

RequiredQualifications:
- 35 years experience in insidesales, sales development, or sales operations supporting enterprise software,fintech, or regulated B2B solutions.
- Proven cold-calling / outboundprospecting experience with consistent quota attainment or pipelinecontribution.
- Should understand the BFSIDomain. Experience in Lending and Transaction Banking is preferred
- Understanding of local cultures,some of the languages across SEA is highly desirable
- Experience with CRM Systems isdesirable.
