Developmental Pediatrician

Role Purpose:
As a Developmental Pediatrician at New Horizons, you’ll be at the heart of our mission — transforming lives by diagnosing, treating, and supporting children with developmental and behavioral challenges. You’ll work alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate,



evidence-based care that empowers children to reach their full potential — and gives families the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support them every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough, child-centered evaluations of children with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges. Diagnose conditions such as autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delays — always with empathy, precision, and cultural sensitivity.
- Treatment Planning: Co-create individualized, measurable treatment plans in collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team. Ensure interventions are not only clinically sound but also meaningful and sustainable in the child’s everyday life.
