Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through effective social media strategies for our personal care product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and X (Twitter).
- Develop engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, product promotions, and customer testimonials.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visual content.
- Monitor social media trends, beauty and personal care industry updates, and competitor activities.




- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns and collaborate with beauty influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and adherence to brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Communications, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in social media management, preferably in Personal Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Consumer Products.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Experience with social media management tool
