Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) to lead strategic mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and business integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in project/program management, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and post-merger integration while working with global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A; integration, divestiture, carve-out, and separation programs from due diligence through post-close stabilization.
- Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, Operations, Procurement, Compliance, and Risk.
- Drive Day-1 readiness to ensure seamless business continuity during transitions.
- Establish governance frameworks, executive steering committees, project controls, and status reporting.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.




- Support due diligence by evaluating operational, organizational, process, and technology impacts.
- Define and monitor integration KPIs, synergy realization, and value-capture initiatives.
- Develop stakeholder communication strategies and organizational change management plans.
- Partner with technology teams on application rationalization, system integration, infrastructure transition, and data migration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, audit, and risk requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Monitor project financials, budgets, vendor performance, and overall program health.
- Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, and decision-support reports.
- Drive issue resolution, governance meetings, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve M&A; methodologies and best practices.
- Support post-integration transition to business
