Join Palo Alto Networks' Global People Operations Team as a Senior HR and Reporting Analyst (Contract), focusing on Talent Acquisition. You'll be the pivotal force in managing and surfacing data from Workday, Workday Recruit, and BigQuery to meet HR’s needs. This role demands a detail-oriented, technically adept professional who thrives on solving complex analytical and reporting challenges. Leverage your expertise in Workday, Workday Report Builder and BigQuery, to design, develop, and maintain critical reports. Your ability to manage and report on sensitive data with professionalism, coupled with your strong communication skills, will ensure reporting requirements are accurately understood and executed.



Drive data-driven decision-making, optimize reporting processes, and ensure data security and compliance within a dynamic global setting. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR and talent acquisition strategies.

Your Impact:
- Architect advanced Workday reports and dashboards for real-time insights.
- Automate data workflows, reports and dashboards to enhance self-service.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable, data-driven HR solutions that address root cause challenges and prevent repeated requests for the same data, report, or analysis.
- Proactively identify data anomalies; implement robust data quality controls.
- Lead compliance reporting; ensure data security across HR systems.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT to resolve complex reporting challenges.
- Innovate reporting methodologies; drive continuous improvement in HR analytics.
