Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Engineer Banking & Fixed Asset Management to manage banking operations, fixed asset accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting activities. The role requires ensuring accurate financial records, timely asset capitalization, effective internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting business growth and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Treasury Management
- Manage day-to-day banking transactions, payments, receipts, and fund transfers.
- Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
- Coordinate with banks regarding account operations, loan documentation, bank guarantees, and treasury-related activities.
- Monitor cash flow and banking transactions to ensure smooth business operations.

Fixed Asset Management
- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).




- Ensure timely capitalization of assets and proper accounting treatment.
- Account for asset additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and CWIP (Capital Work-in-Progress).
- Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking of assets.

Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Generate MIS reports and management reports related to banking and fixed assets.
- Maintain accounting records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Support statutory, tax, and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Maintain robust internal controls and process documentation.
