We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in driving business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while leading cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Furniture & Interior Mall, ensuring sales targets are achieved, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.



The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Sales Management
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor showroom performance, sales conversion, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability.
- Support business expansion initiatives and key customer relationships.
- Analyze sales reports and recommend improvement plans.

Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom and business.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Design, Purchase, Production, Warehouse, Installation, and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor order execution, delivery schedules, and installation timelines.
- Ensure all operational processes comply with company SOPs.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
