Role Description
The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for iProledge. This role involves developing and implementing integrated marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive student acquisition,



and support retention across multiple international professional exam verticals. The Marketing Director will oversee market positioning, campaign planning, performance tracking, and optimization across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the marketing team, collaborating with sales and academic teams, managing marketing budgets, guiding content and communication strategies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also includes monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and identifying new growth opportunities in the ed-tech and professional certification space.
