Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
Recruiter
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills to meet hiring targets across multiple positions and industries.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.





2. Candidate Screening
- Review and shortlist resumes.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, attitude, and job fit.
- Prepare candidate assessment reports.

3. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview rounds and candidate communication.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.

4. Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.
- Keep recruitment records updated in the ATS/HRMS.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

5. Employer Branding
- Publish job openings on recruitment portals and social media.
- Create attractive job advertisements.
- Promote the compan
