Position :- ServiceNow Hardware Asset Manager (HAM)

Experience :- 8 Year relevant in ServiceNow Asset Management (Specificaly HAM)

Location :- Any NTT Data Location (Hybrid Remote, 1-2 Days / Week from Office)

Shift Timing : 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US EST Coverage)

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Familiarity with ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and asset governance practices
- Strong understanding of enterprise server environments and infrastructure operations




- Experience with hardware lifecycle management and vendor support models
- Proven ability in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization
- Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure dependencies
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Role Summary

The Hardware Asset Manager is responsible for governing the full lifecycle of server hardware assets across the enterprise. This role ensures asset accuracy, optimizes support costs, mitigates infrastructure risk, and enables reliable, compliant operations through strong lifecycle, vendor, and financial management practices
