Position: Civil Supervisor
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and project progress.
- Ensure site safety, quality control, and timely completion of work.
- Prepare daily progress reports and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor.
- Valuable knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities effectively.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
