Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive
with
3–5 years of experience
in managing
Amazon and Flipkart
marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, Amazon Ads (AMS), Flipkart Ads, sales analysis, and inventory management to drive online business growth.

Key Responsibilities:




- Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
- Create and maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog health.
- Plan and optimize
Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
and
Flipkart Ads
campaigns.
- Monitor and improve key advertising metrics such as
ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate
.
- Coordinate new product launches, promotions, and marketplace sale events.
- Analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and advertising MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Creative, and Warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with Amazon and Flipkart account managers to drive business growth.
