Job Summary :

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell EDGE Services to industrial customers. The role involves developing new business, managing existing customer accounts, understanding customer maintenance requirements, and offering value-added crane lifecycle solutions that improve reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for EDGE service offerings within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through customer visits, referrals, industrial networks, and market mapping.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.





Service Sales

Promote and sell the complete portfolio of EDGE Services, including:
- LoadEdge Load testing & certification
- ShiftEdge Crane relocation & optimization
- CE-Life Crane lifecycle assessment
- ROMON Advanced wear monitoring
- RAMON Precision rail monitoring
- EMote Remote crane monitoring
- TrainEdge Operator & rigging training
- PaintEdge Industrial painting & corrosion protection
- CleanEdge Skilled crane cleaning services
- ConsultEdge Engineering assessments & technical consultancy
- XtraEdge Extended warranty solutions

Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with plant maintenance teams, production heads, purchase departments, and factory management.
- Understand customer challenges and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and customer concerns.

Technical Consultation
- Conduct site
