ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Growth Manager who understands that social media is not just about followers, views, and posting consistently.

The goal is to use content to build authority, generate qualified leads, nurture the audience, and ultimately contribute to business growth.

You will take ownership of the complete content ecosystem — from strategy and ideation to execution, distribution, analysis, and team coordination.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. Content Strategy
- Build monthly and weekly content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Understand our target audience, their problems, objections, desires, and buying behaviour.
- Decide what content should be created, why it should be created, and what outcome it should drive.
- Maintain and execute the content calendar consistently.

2. Content Creation & Ideation
- Identify strong content opportunities from client stories, testimonials, podcasts, FAQs, trends, case studies,



and everyday business conversations.
- Create concepts for reels, carousels, stories, static posts, long-form content, and campaigns.
- Understand what makes content engaging, authoritative, and conversion-focused.
- Plan shoots and provide clear briefs to the video editing and design team.

3. Copywriting

You should be able to write:
- Strong hooks and headlines
- Reel opening lines
- Captions and CTAs
- Story sequences
- Case studies and client transformations
- Conversion-focused content

The ability to turn a straightforward idea into content that stops attention and keeps people watching is essential.

4. Organic Growth & Lead Generation

Your success will not be measured only by follower growth.

We want someone who understands how content can generate:
- Qualified inbound leads
- DM conversations
- Enquiries
- Consultation bookings
- Email and WhatsApp subscribers
