Role Description
The RCM AR Caller is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for handling accounts receivable activities in a healthcare revenue cycle management environment. This role involves making outbound calls to insurance companies and other payers to follow up on claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely reimbursement. The RCM AR Caller documents call outcomes, updates billing systems, and coordinates with internal teams to address discrepancies and escalations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing claim statuses, verifying patient and insurance information, and adhering to client-specific and regulatory guidelines to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, including AR follow-up, claims processing, and denial management.




- Proficiency in communicating with insurance representatives and payers via phone, with clear and professional spoken English.
- Experience using medical billing or practice management systems and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Attention to detail, ability to accurately document call outcomes, and capability to work with numerical data and reports.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate with billing, coding, and operations teams to resolve complex claim issues.
- Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in RCM or AR calling in a healthcare/BPO setting is preferred; familiarity with US healthcare systems is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, healthcare administration, or a related field is beneficial.
