Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst
with
8+ years of experience
and strong expertise in
Salesforce Health Cloud
and
Patient Services
. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful delivery of healthcare-focused Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Leverage Salesforce Health Cloud expertise to support Patient Services and healthcare workflows.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to create User Stories and define Acceptance Criteria.
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Commercial Operations, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce Health Cloud
.
- Experience in
Patient Services
and Healthcare domain.
- Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing UAT and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
