· Manage and support all IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network operations, ERP administration, and user access management functions for Nutrifresh Farms and its sister concern companies, ensuring standardization, security compliance, operational efficiency, and business continuity across all group entities.
· Security & Identity Management: Deploy and manage enterprise security solutions, specifically SentinelOne, Netskope, and Patch Manager, across all endpoints within Nutrifresh Farms and its sister concern companies.
· Access Control: Maintain and manage Active Directory (AD), overseeing user permissions, group policies, and secure onboarding/offboarding processes across all group entities.
· Networking & Firewall: Configure and maintain Fortinet firewall policies and VPN tunnels; monitor network uptime and troubleshoot hardware including fiber backbones and server racks across Nutrifresh Farms and its sister concern companies.




· ERP Handling & Administration: Oversee the technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily operations of the Steribio ERP system. Ensure data integrity, manage user roles and permissions within the platform, and support its seamless execution across teams and group companies.
· Quality Assurance: Perform functional testing on internal software updates, ERP modifications, and API integrations to validate security protocols, system reliability, and operational performance.
User Empowerment: Lead User Access Trainings to educate staff on security best practices, MFA, phishing awareness, and proper ERP system utilization across Nutrifresh Farms and its sister concern companies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
