Designation: Exective/Sr Executive - Dispatch (Shift Operation)

Qualification:

Essential: Candidate should have bachelor's degree in any stream from recognized institute.

Desired:

MBA/PG / Diploma in supply chain management / Material Management/Business Administration, or a related field form any reputed institution.

Experience:

Essential: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a dispatch, logistics, or transportation role in any Manufacturing or service industries.

Desirable:
- Experience in Best Manufacturing process.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations specific to the region.
- Customer service experience.

Job Profile:
- Plan to ensure availability of transport vehicles to adhere to the timely delivery to customers
- Maintain solid relationships with third party vendors for provision of logistics from plants




- Ensure close liaising with the respective departments for dispatch of customer orders as per the dispatch plan
- Guide loading and unloading operations of finished goods into containers, while adhering to specific requirements of each product
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement policies for handling rejected goods by customers
- Prepare and analyse last day reports of ingot and liquid alloy movement from plants
- Conduct reviews of ingot alloy stacking and packaging norms before dispatch
- Follow up with customers on overdue (payment receipts and shortages)

Dispatch Coordination:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
- Monitor vehicle and driver performance to ensure timely deliveries.
- Adjust dispatch schedules as necessary to accommodate unexpected events like traffic delays, weather conditions, or urgent orders.
