⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

? Salary: ₹ 3 LPA + Incentives

? Experience : 1-3 Yrs

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students

✅ Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs

✅ Convert inquiries into successful enrollments

✅ Conduct regular follow-ups and schedule counseling sessions

✅ Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates

✅ Manage 50–70 student interactions daily

✅ Achieve conversion and engagement targets

✅ Address student queries and guide them through the enrollment process

? What We're Looking For :

✔ Any graduate (preferred)





✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C Sales, Counseling, Telecalling, or Customer Interaction roles

✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

✔ Robust sales and conversion mindset

✔ Experience handling leads and maintaining CRM records

✔ Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment

✔ Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
