The role

As an Artwork Production Specialist, you will coordinate packaging artwork projects from brief to final delivery,



working across teams to ensure artwork is accurate, timely, and ready for production

What you'll be responsible for

Coordinate the timely delivery of mechanical artwork and separation files to printers and suppliers, helping ensure packaging is delivered on time and in full (OTIF). Create and manage projects within the Artwork Management System as assigned by project lead across both primary and secondary packaging. Lead pre-production meetings, build timelines with stakeholders, manage production issues, and keep project leads and external vendors aligned on progress and delivery. Support project forums and ensure design files are prepared to the correct specifications and handed over accurately to PMA partners where needed.
