Responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall business growth across multiple stores within the assigned region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and sales teams to achieve revenue and customer service targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand standards.




- Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, conversion, productivity, and profitability, and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain operational excellence and compliance.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, VM, and Merchandising teams to execute promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities and support new store openings and expansion initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance across teams.
- Analyze store performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective inventory management and control to maximize sales and minimize losses.
- Drive team productivity and maintain high standards of customer service across all locations.

Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Retail
